Prerequisite: You need to have a Java Runtime Environment (JRE) 1.6 installed on your system.

Then download the package for you platform:

Windows
Mac OS X
Linux

Unzip it, and run the "zoom" executable.

In the login dialog, leave the User ID and Server URL to their pre-initialized values, and simply supply the password. This will be communicated to you independently

Then press "Login".

This brings up a pre-existing Account. Select it, then press "Load Account".
